A. Dale “Bud” Mayo is the chairman, president and chief executive officer of AccessIT and has been since inception in April of 2000.
He was most recently the president and chief executive of Cablevision Cinemas, LLC which Mr. Mayo founded in 1994 as the Clearview Cinema Group, Inc. and sold to Cablevision in 1998. Under Mr. Mayo’s leadership, Cablevision Cinemas was a leader in bringing digital film to its movie theaters and in its exploration of content delivery via cable and satellite technology. Beginning with eight screens in 1994, Mr. Mayo left Cablevision in January 2000 with almost 300 screens and 65 locations, including the world-famous Ziegfeld theatre in New York City, making Cablevision the second largest circuit in metro New York.
