Richard Koffler is CEO of Koffler Ventures LLC, a growth and turnaround consulting and advisory firm focused on information technology companies.
His background spans 20 years of successfully launching and nurturing entrepreneurial information technology ventures with a focus on enterprise software. Prior to founding Koffler Ventures he was president of a healthcare information systems company that was acquired in 1998.
Mr. Koffler is the current president of the Los Angeles Venture Association {LAVA}. He is also a member of the executive committee of the Los Angeles network of the Tech Coast Angels, former president of the Software Council of Southern California, and member of the advisory boards of both the Center for Technology Commercialization at the University of Southern California and the Wells Fargo Center for Small Business and Entrepreneurship at the College of Business Administration and Economics at California State University, Northridge.
He holds computer science and engineering degrees from MIT and UC Berkeley.
