Marvin Epstein is a senior vice-president of the MAG Capital, a Registered Investment Advisor managing a Family of Funds which include Mercator Momentum Fund, LP, and Mercator Momentum Fund III, LP. The firm makes direct investments into small and mid cap public markets. Mr. Epstein will work closely with the Mercator Momentum Fund.
Mr. Epstein has 15 years of experience in several areas of business development areas including sales, marketing, management, and event marketing. Prior to MAG, Mr. he was founder and president of a boutique event marketing company, I.A.T. Enterprises, which specialized in high profile strategic event development focusing on product exposure through promotions, sampling and merchandising.
Mr. Epstein merged his talents and utilized his operations, and marketing experience to take the position of vice-president of business development at XL Video, a large screen video display company. Mr. Epstein accessed his relationships in corporate America to secure multi-year contracts though equipment leasing with Fortune 100 companies and high profile events. Mr. Epstein also created a sponsorship component to allow them to place their screens at variety of race tracks, along with a production element thus becoming the first company to create a closed circuit outdoor television network. His primary sport was auto-racing leagues including NASCAR, and IRL, which expanded the company’s growth and established them as the world’s largest outdoor daylight video screen company.

Mr. Epstein received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Advertising from California State University at Long Beach.
