Your use of this website indicates that you agree with all the terms of both this Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. 2. Prohibited Uses. (f) upload or otherwise transmit any Content or domain name that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any person;

(i) interfere with or disrupt PublishPal or servers or networks used by PublishPal, where PublishPal is the website publishing and hosting service used by this website;

(k) incite or provide instructional information about illegal activities; or
(l) conduct raffles, contests, lotteries or sweepstakes, except in those areas of this website that may be designated for such purpose. 3.4. We do not pre-screen Content, but we have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any Content from this website that violates this Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy or is otherwise objectionable.
